　个人简介

        国家杰青基金获得者，上海高校特聘教授（东方学者），现任电信学院副院长、图像通信所副所长。主要研究视频编码与通信、图像处理与模式识别、视频分析与检索。发表SCI 收录论文60 篇（IEEE Trans30 篇）。申请发明专利35项（授权14项），国际发明专利7项。主持973及863课题、国家自然科学基金重点等国家级科研项目10项。获上海市科技进步一等奖（第一完成人）、上海青年科技英才、德国洪堡基金、微软青年教授奖、SPIE青年科学家奖、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。IEEE Signal Processing Letters编委、Springer CCIS领域编委、Digital Signal Processing (Elsveier Press) 编委，IEEE视觉信号处理与通信技术委员会、信号处理系统设计与实现技术委员会委员，IEEE高级会员，IEEE SiPS2007及IEEE BMSB-3DTV2010大会程序主席。
